This orthosis is designed to reduce excessive pronatory forces that contribute to sinus tarsi syndrome.

The Sinus Tarsi Syndrome device has a milled polypropylene shell and includes the following prescription:

  • Heel cup – 18mm
  • Width – wide
  • Cast fill – minimum
  • Medial heel skive – 4mm
  • Rearfoot post material – polypropylene
  • Rearfoot post motion – 0/0
  • Topcover – black EVA to toes
