Intoeing Gait

This orthosis is designed to treat intoeing gait by restricting motion of the 4th and 5th metatarsophalangeal joints and preventing pronatory compensation by supporting the arch and preventing heel eversion.

The Intoeing Gait device has a vacuum-formed polypropylene shell extended past the 4th and 5th met heads with the following prescription:

  • Heel cup – 14mm
  • Width – wide
  • Cast fill – standard
  • Rearfoot post material – firm EVA
  • Rearfoot post motion – 0/0
